I had multiple issues with artist and instapaintings very difficult often impossible to navigate website. I settled in the end and the responses I got from the sites service team were not supportive. I would not use this service in the future. The artist in the end delivered a painting that was just ok. It was not what I had originally wanted or was hoping for. It will probably stay in its tube vs being hung on a wall. The service guarantee is total bs. Your move to make.

Please do not include leash in the painting and crop image so as to cut the distance from edge to dog by 50%.
